Fashion District is operated out of Los Angeles, California. Throughout this page, "we," "us," and "Fashion District" refer to our business, and "you" refers to anyone visiting our site or purchasing our products.

Product Listings
Every item on our site is part of our own inventory — we don't dropship, and everything shown is something we physically stock and inspect before shipping. That said, we make every effort to keep descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but occasional errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing mistake after you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm, adjust, or cancel.
Pricing
All prices on our site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and apply to customers within the United States. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though any change will never affect an order you've already placed and paid for.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you're confirming that the information you provide — including shipping address and payment details — is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, duplicated in error, or unable to be fulfilled. If we cancel an order, you'll be refunded in full and notified by email.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined on our Shipping Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns and Refunds

Account Responsibility
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Intellectual Property
Everything on fashiondistrict.shop — photography, product descriptions, logos, and site design — belongs to Fashion District and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to browse and shop, but reproducing or reusing our content elsewhere isn't permitted without our written consent.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website to do anything illegal, disruptive, or harmful — including attempting to access parts of the site you're not authorized to reach, or interfering with the site's normal operation.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly, but Fashion District isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our site or products. If something does go wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
