Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you catch it quickly, email us right away at info@fashiondistrict.shop with your order number. Since we process orders fast, changes can only be made before your order ships — so the sooner you reach out, the better.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address for you. Once it's shipped, we're unfortunately unable to make changes.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?
Not at this time. We're only able to deliver to standard residential or business street addresses within the U.S.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST begin processing the same day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard US Shipping is a flat $7.50. Orders of $149.00 or more ship free automatically — no code needed.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S. only.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Should I worry?
Not necessarily — tracking can pause temporarily without an issue. If there's no movement for several days, reach out and we'll look into it with the carrier.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Start any return through our Request a Return page — please don't send anything back without approval first.
Are there any restocking fees?
None. Ever. Eligible returns are fully refunded with zero deductions.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What now?
Visit our Request a Return page within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — whichever works best for you.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — subject to current stock availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club, processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Do you offer buy-now-pay-later options?
Not currently. Payment is due in full at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions run through Shopify Payments with full encryption, and we never see or store your card details.
