Fashion District does not sell your personal information, and never has. We collect information only to process your orders, respond to your questions, and run our business — nothing is sold or rented to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

  • Delete personal information we hold about you, with some legal exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we have on file

What We Collect

In the course of running our store, we collect:

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address
  • Order details: items purchased, order history, payment confirmation
  • Basic technical data: IP address and browser information when you visit our site

How We Use It

We use this information solely to fulfill your orders, communicate with you about your purchase, and keep accurate business records. We do not use it for anything beyond these purposes.

Who We Share It With

We share information only with the parties needed to get your order to you — our shipping carriers and Shopify Payments for processing transactions. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
