Shipping policy
We know that once you've hit "place order," you just want your package to show up — quickly and without surprises. Here's exactly how shipping works at Fashion District.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note: we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time. Please provide a standard residential or business street address at checkout.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
Processing Time
Every order is prepared and packed within 1–2 business days. Since everything in our catalog is inventory we hold ourselves in Los Angeles, there's no wait on a third-party supplier — your order goes straight from our hands to the carrier.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, you can expect it to arrive within 3–5 business days. This window begins from the date your package leaves our facility, not the date you placed the order.
Couriers We Use
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on your location to ensure the fastest and most reliable route to your door.
Shipping Rates
- Standard US Shipping: $7.50, on all orders under $148.99. Free Shipping on all orders of $149.00 or more.
No codes needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey. You can also check your order status anytime through the Track My Order page on our site.
Delays
While 3–5 business days is our standard delivery window, occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods like sales events. If your package is running behind, we'll do everything we can to help track it down.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but the package is nowhere to be found, or if there's been no tracking movement for several days, reach out to us right away. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and stay on it until we get you an answer.
